This is the second work of art in the series “Exodus”.
I can remember, when I was a kid, that my father and I would drive in his car through this industrialized area. Miles of bleek and grey colors. A landscape that was formed by geometric patterns and asphalt. But during the evening, when we would ride back home, this landscape had transformed into something completely different. As lethal as it looked during the day, as benign and magical it was during the evening. As if it was beckoning us to come closer, to lure us into it’s traps. A contemporary siren’s song.
